Theodore & Charles was established in 2008 operating from a single office offering a friendly and personal service to landlords seeking tenants. Hard work and relationship building with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders helped to expand our operations and we proudly open our first branch in the Finsbury Park Ward of Islington, back in 2015.

We still operate with the same principles and a personal friendly service has remained at the core of our business.We are now proud to have trained and employed a number of staff members over the years and enjoy serving the local community in both business and charitable activities.
