Are you a landlord letting a:
An arrangement where a landlord leases their property to an approved housing provider such as ourselves – typically for 2-5 years, who then takes over the responsibility for placing and managing a tenancy. The landlord has a fixed, guaranteed monthly rent for an agreed period, the provider handles day-to-day management, and often minor maintenance, giving landlords a hands-off, stable income with reduced risk and no void periods.
Contractually, Theodore & Charles will become your tenant, after suitability checks via one of our local authority partners, the property will be matched to suitable occupiers, often families that are being relocated but the property shall remain under the care of Theodore & Charles throughout the agreed term and inspected at regular intervals.
Unlike the private rental sector, under our solution and subject to the terms of the lease, you can provide notice and obtain vacant possession with no specific grounds required giving our landlords flexibility and control of their asset.
