Our property managers are on call to assist with any questions or issues you may face throughout the duration of your tenancy.
We aim to respond to issues on the same day or within 24 hours of reporting. We work with a carefully selected network of reliable and trusted contractors to ensure our service standards.
Issues can be reported “here” or reported by phone to one of our property managers during working hours.
Tenancy deposits are registered using the Deposit Protection Service Custodial Scheme (unless otherwise agreed with a Landlord/Tenant) which means your funds are held securely in an independent account controlled by the DPS.
Landlord responsibilities in the private rental sector are ever-changing and our duty as an agent is to ensure our landlord’s obligations are always met. Tenants safety is a priority and obligatory responsibilities including but not limited to Energy, Gas Safety, Electrical & Fire Safety Standards will always be carried out when renting in a property to a tenant.
